Body Color Definition
The term Body color refers to an opaque paint or color as opposed to transparent. By mixing Transparent colors with some gouache or some opaque white, transparent colors can be made opaque. The term Body color is often used synonymous to gouache. In local areas, Body color has occasionally been used in drawings, and at times as a general medium.
