Pinhole Camera Definition
Pinhole camera is a simple photosensitive imaging device with a small aperture rather than a lens. Pinhole cameras are cheap and handy which helps in learning the basics of camera works. Pinhole camera is another form of camera obscura. The pinhole is usually light-proof and has a small at one side. The images are produced when light from the object touches a point and produces an inverted image on the other side of the box. These type of cameras are also called a dark chamber.
