Paul Revere Pottery Definition
Paul Revere Pottery was produced during 1906 and 1942 in Massachusetts and teenage girls were most attracted to these pottery manufacturing company which functioned as a settlement house program. These potteries were designed by girls who worked on Saturday evenings and thus potteries became popular in the name of SEG (Saturday Evening Girls) designs. The company made tiles and dishes for usage by kids and children. The potteries were typically painted with various colours and was given a black outline for each designs. These potteries were then made to glaze to get a lustrous finishing and the glazes used were solid colours which had matte finish.
