Quality of life generally refers to the amount of emotional, intellectual, or cultural satisfaction one person has in his or her everyday life. It is distinct from the degree of material comfort. In the context of art, quality of life may be improved by organizing community arts programs for adults and in-school arts education programs for students. Creative people are likely to be happier and art can have great impact on health and well-being of persons thereby improving one's quality of life.
