Haviland Pottery Definition
Haviland Pottery is an earthenware manufacturing firm which commenced in 1872 by Charles Haviland. Prior to the commencement of Haviland Pottery, Charles designed porcelain products from Casseau Works. The Haviland wares had slip glazed decorations. They were embossed with the letters H& Co. The Haviland Pottery patterns include cachepot, jar, jardinière and vase.
