Norse Definition
Norse is a pottery company established by Thorwald P.A. Simpson and Louis Ipson in Denmark. In 1903, the company shifted to Edgerton in Wisconsin and later to Rockford in Illinois. The company manufactured a black pottery resembling the earlier bronze relics found in Scandinavian countries. The company ceased to exist in 1913.
