Monoprint Definition
Monoprint refers to one of a series of prints with permanent elements in each print. Artists rework on the images using etched plate, fabrics, leaves or other things to add texture to the print. Thus, though the permanent elements remain the same in all prints in the series, each print will be different from others in the series.
