Jabot Definition
Jabot, in the context of antiques, refers to the bejeweled brooch which were popular in 1920s and 1930s. The detachable lower end helps the pin to slip into the fabric so that only the two ends would be visible over the fabric. Jabot became an important Art Deco jewel piece in the 2oth century.
