Gestalt Definition
Gestalt is a symbolic arrangement or patterns where our ability to perceive a meaningful form(s )in the chaotic arrangement. It is a German word meaning "whole" or "form." Thus, it involves a visual and psychological perception of the symbolic arrangement as a whole or in parts. There will be a relationship between the whole and the parts of a composition.
