Description Definition
The term description refers to the process of making a statement or describing something in oral, written or pictorial form. In the context of art, the term description refers to the process of ascertaining literal qualities or realistic demonstration about an art work accompanied with its elements of art. Normally, in the course of a description process pertaining to an art work, the facts of what can be seen in two or more art works can be described by comparing them with each other.
