Coors Definition
Coor refers to a pottery ware which was designed by Coors Porcelain Company of Golden, Colorado, a company which commenced with the aid of Coors Brewing Company. Coors Brewing Company was commenced by John Herold, the founder of Herold China and Pottery Company in 1910. In the beginning, the company designed dishes during the end of the century. During the commencement of the Second World War, the company put a full stop to the production of non-essential wares and started producing porcelain-like nose cones for rockets for the U.S. military. The company, after the completion of the second world-war, started designing ovenware, teapots, vases, and a general line of pottery.
