Cenacle Or Cenacolo when used in the context of art refers to the painting of Jesus Christ's last supper. The painting depicts Jesus Christ dining with his disciples in Jerusalem before his crucifixion. The term is also used to refer to the “Upper room” in Jerusalem, where Jesus had the last supper. It is a Latin word and most of the English speakers used its Italian translation "Cenacolo".
