Period Definition
Period means time that takes to occur something. Period always refers to a specific or a fixed interval of time that takes for something to happen successively or continuously. The time period ratio it take for a recurring happening may be called a period. Successive or continues occurrence of same state of things that is cyclic or alternating may be classified as a period. This time period has great significance in science mainly physics.
