High Renaissance Definition
This is the period between 1500 and 1525 and is the period of climax of the Renaissance art. During this period highest technical mastery was seen in paintings. Italian art was considered to have attained the Renaissance ideals through the works of Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo Buonarroti, and Raphael.
