Long Island in the Sixties:

June 24, 2016 -  December 31, 2016 - This exhibition will take visitors on a tour of the decade when Long Island stood at the precipice of transformations that still hold legacies for our present.  In short, Long Island held both a uniquely privileged status of growth during the 1960s, and a status of vulnerability, experiencing the same dilemmas locally that shook the rest of the nation.
