Fort Wayne, American Monologue: A new body of work and installation by Brett Amory

November 5, 2016  -February 26, 2017 - The exhibition will be built during the month of November with public welcome to watch him work. The idea that Amory will use as his seed for the installation is Fort Wayne’s past, present, and future. This idea may also run parallel to the nation as a whole. Amory’s installation will have layers growth and failure and hints of industry, family, and heritage. 

The installation will use the language of architecture as its voice to communicate. Amory will pull ideas from the structural anatomy around Fort Wayne and bring it into the gallery to make 30 foot construct that will be in the FWMoA.

Amory will also be unveiling a new body of oil paintings based the people and places in Fort Wayne.
