Carmen Herrera: Lines of Sight

September 16, 2016–January 2, 2017 - The exhibition will include a selection of abstractions from Paris, a rare gathering of her important Blanco y Verde series, as well as a selection of later paintings, drawings, and several of her rare three-dimensional works. The show, Herrera’s first solo museum presentation in New York since the 1998 exhibition at El Museo del Barrio, will be accompanied by a fully illustrated catalogue.
