This is a -CASH ONLY- Sale, ABSOLUTELY no personal checks, no exceptions. All items are "AS IS" non-refundable. Buyer must provide transport, bags, boxes, movers, etc. Seller will not be able to provide these items. Please park in the street, the driveway is for LOADING ONLY! If ADA accommodations are required, please let us know in advance.

Due to limited staffing there will be one entrance and exit, and numbers will be passed out 15 minutes prior to the sale. We will only allow 10-15 individual numbers in at a time. In order to keep the sale moving, all items are priced fairly, therefore we ask that you not barter unless you honestly believe the asking price is unreasonable or the tag requests an offer.

Our Mother took exceptional care of everything she owned. She enjoyed purchasing new gadgets, innovative concepts, painting, gardening, and collecting Noahs Ark paraphernalia.
