Condition: Bulk lot will be sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranty expressed or implied and is subject to higher and better offers, subject to Bankruptcy and/or Court approval.
Registration: $50,000.00 refundable certified funds deposit, proof of identification and a qualified bid in order to participate.
Payments due: by Tuesday, January 21st by noon.
