Since its founding the association has continued to serve its membership through legislative advocacy, professional education, industry programs and legal resources. The association headquarters are located in Jackson, Mississippi. Our mission is to provide our members with the resources and support to strengthen the image of the pawn industry through outreach, representation and ethical practices. MS Pawnbrokers Association members strive to sustain the utmost level of ethical conduct by adhering to established best practices and conforming to federal, state and local laws and regulations. Our members strive to be valued and respected by their communities by taking part in community outreach programs, as well as encouraging and fostering good relationships with law enforcement, state legislators, local government and community leaders.
