When an Auction Company sells items "as-is" but provides a description of the item that is not correct may I return the item?
It depends on the auction terms. Many auction terms provide the the auction company has attempted to describe the items properly but it is your responsible to inspect the item. Some terms provide that is the description is substantially incorrect the auction company may refund the purchase price. It all depends on the auction terms for the particular auction you are attending.
