It depends on the pawn shop policies. If you have the pawn ticket and can prove your identity you should be able to claim your item. If you are not the person who pawned the item that person may have to reclaim. Look on the documentation to see if the ticket can be transferred. If not, only the person who pawned the item can claim it unless that person is deceased. If deceased. the Personal Representative of the Estate can claim it.
