We are a worldwide society of collectors who share a passion for the preservation of antique phonographs and records. We encourage, promote, publish and present research on the history of sound recording and reproduction. To that end we publish a quarterly journal called The Antique Phonograph (formerly known as The Sound Box). We also sponsor an annual antique phonograph/record banquet and show, and promote other similar events around the world and we hold meetings and gatherings throughout the year.
