The Museum is a progression of transportation from the first bicycles, to the Wright Brother's Bicycle Shop and their Wright Flyer, into the rich aviation history of Monroe County, and into outer space with Mercury 7 Astronaut Donald Kent "Deke" Slayton. Bicycle: Antique, vintage and Collectible, more than 80 are on display at one time Monroe County Aviation History: Histories of local Monroe County Aviators, Radio Control Flyers, 1/4 scale model of the Wright Flyer, and full scale model of a 1932 Pietenpol Air Camper Airplane.
